Skip’s Lobster Chowder

Ingredients

Lobsters

12 SMALL-MED SIZE

Onions

2 MEDIUM

Red Potatoes

6-8 (SMALL)

Corn

2-3 CUPS (TO PREFERENCE)

Salt And Pepper

TO TASTE

Butter

2 STICKS

Half And Half

3 QUARTS

Directions

Step 1:

Boil lobsters and pick meat out, cutting to bite size pieces.

Step 2:

Chop onions and potatoes (also to bite size pieces).

Step 3:

Melt butter, add onions and lobster and sauté until onions are translucent.

Step 4:

Add 2 quarts of the half and half, and then add potatoes (potatoes can be precooked if desired) and corn.

Step 5:

Pour in remaining half and half, and add lobster meat.

Step 6:

Heat to steaming, but don’t let boil.

Step 7:

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8:
