Maine Lobster Meat
1 POUND COARSELY CHOPPED COOKED
Fresh Chives
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED
Hot-Dog Buns
4 TOP-SPLIT, TOASTED
Butter
2 TABLESPOONS
Directions
Step 1:
Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Step 2:
Add lobster; toss to coat.
Step 3:
Cook 1 minute or just until heated.
Step 4:
Stir in chives.
Step 5:
Divide lobster mixture evenly among buns. Serve immediately.
